Insurance:
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.
We file most insurance claims as a courtesy for you. We are not in network with insurance. This means you will have some out-of-pocket expense depending on services rendered. Please bring your insurance plan information to us and we will determine you benefits and out-of-pockets fees that may be associated with your visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Payment
Ability to pay is of deep concern to many dental patients. We share your concern and area prepared to offer you a number of payment options. We will discuss that payment plan best suited for you in privacy and assist you with all the arrangements.
Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by insurance. We file dental insurance claims as a courtesy for our patients. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:
We accept cash, checks and most major credits cards.
We take Care Credit Medical/Dental Cards. Your interest/payment plan associated with card is arranged through Care Credit and not our practice.
Financing Plans are available upon approval.

Please review and complete your NEW PATIENT WELCOME PACKET and NEW PATIENT MEDICAL HISTORY prior to your arrival and bring it along with your dental insurance card.
